Our owner and chef Edgar DeLeon has created a fabulous menu made up of only the finest ingredients. He puts his heart and soul into Ecco, and his effort and caring shows in the food, service, and atmosphere.
Eddie has over 20 years of experience in several well known Boston restaurants, but has taken his skills to a new level as owner and executive chef of Ecco.
He is of the belief that if you use the best ingredients, keep the menu creative, and place the customers’ experience at the forefront of the business then people will keep coming back.
